I am consumed by helping people live better, healthier lives for longer. With a diverse background that includes managing the stress of being a corporate executive, collegiate wrestling, Chinese style internal martial arts, strength training from a young age, managing the personal impact of physical injuries, personal battles with weight, health coaching, and over 7.5 years of running an in-home care agency for the elderly, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of integrative / functional wellness.

My journey extends beyond my experience in the elderly care sector. I bring to the table a robust foundation in project management, along with a history of successfully managing consulting practices. These skills have equipped me with a structured and organized approach to developing and overseeing wellness plans that truly make a difference.

Drawing from my years of experience, I am dedicated to crafting wellness strategies that encompass non-pharmaceutical pain management / relief, physical fitness, quality sleep, mental well-being, nutritional balance, social activities, and a healthy home .
